CHRISTMAS TIME!!!!!!!!!!

This is my absolute favorite season!  I can't believe Christmas is so soon!  It has been a busy month.  Johnny finished his first semester of school and got a 3.9 GPA woot woot!  I have been busy at work with my new position as an administrative asstistant.  I do quote comparisons for Health Insurance...pretty intense :).  I have all our shopping done yay!  One of my favorite parts about Christmas is giving :) We were able to help out some people this year and it felt great!  I can't wait for the new year!  I think I am going to chop my hurr off!  I want to donate it to Locks of Love.  Johnny and I have been married for FOUR months already!! It has gone by soooo fast!  It has been a blast!  I fall more in love with him everyday!  He is amazing :)  I hope everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New YEAR!!!

It's been far too long..

I know I haven't blogged in well it seems like FOREVER!! But when i get my wedding pictures back i will put those on and my honeymoon asap! Its been quite a busy month for Johnny and I. He recently started school, and is LOVING it! And he is still working at the golf course and the dental office! So he stays super busy! And my jobs are still the same :) We are currently living upstairs in my parents house! And it is working out great! We are probably going to start apartment searching again in Decemberish. Johnny and I love being married! And its crazy that it has already been over a month! Time flys! But all is well and we are adjusting to the married life great :)

24th o July weekend!

The 24th of july was fun! I woke up early and my mom colored my hair and cut it. Then the girls went and got pedicures which was fun! We had dinner, played games with the fam and watched Sandlot! Then on Saturday I was able to go to the Draper temple for my endowment session!! It was a great experience!! Then after that we went to Goodwood barbeque for lunch! Then that night my good friends Whitney and Ashley took me out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse which was fun!!! It was a good weekend :) Now I'm counting down the last 5 days until my wedding :)

Surprise!!! Surprise!!!!

So last week I decided that I was gonna chill with my friends over the weekend so I texted Cami and asked wut the plans were with everyone and she said we were all gonna chill Friday. So Friday rolled around and Cami came and picked me up and we were gonna go to the mall, but she "forgot" something at home so we stopped to get a sno cone and then headed to cams we walked in through the garage and then all of a sudden, all my friends popped up from behind the counter!!! And yelled SURPRISE!!! At first I didn't know what to think, and then I noticed like all the decorations and I realized it was my Bridal Shower!!! It was so much fun! Thanks For all the fun games and food and gifts everyone!!! I have the best friends ever!!!! I love you all!!

Why do things ALWAYS have to be changing???

So the basement apartment I told you about isn't happening anymore... story of my life! I feel like nothing has been going right lately!!! Its like all these big things coming at us all at once!!!! So me and johnny had a good talk with the parentals and we are just going to live at home for a couple months! Then we will begin the search for an apartment AGAIN. Now, you might think that we weren't on top of things, but we went apartment lookin in like MARCH!! But ofcourse they didn't know what promotions they would have or what would be open so they told us to come back like a month before. So ofcourse we do that and then it took them FOREVER to do the application process and such and ya it didnt even work out! blah!

Then ofcourse finding a car! Johnny and I spent alot of time test driving and blah blah blah. But thanks to my brother in law, Glenn, we were able to get a good deal on a Ford Escape (which we are picking up today yay!) We really appreciated all the help he gave us in finding a car and getting a good deal! So thanks again!

I know I shouldn't be stressed and should be enjoying these last couple of weeks, but with all thats been going on, its been HARD. But now that we have the car situation under control, I think I am starting to feel better. Its just bad when i get stressed, cuz then I get sick...and that is NO BUENO!!!

Planning the wedding was fun and all, but now that all the plannin is done, I am just ready to be MARRIED!!!

Scratch that...

Well never mind about having an apartment!!! it didnt work out!! It was a really nice low income place and aparently we make too much grrr....BUT we might have someone else to stay... so i guess its true that where one door closes another one opens, and this place is a basement apartment and a better deal then the place we were gonna live! So thats nice! Life has been super crazy lately with the last couple weeks before we get married! We have been busy test driving cars, apartment looking, invitation stuffing and mailing, thankyou note writing, and other wedding stuff! But other then that all is well! and there are only 22 days left until the big day!!!!

Home sweet...apartment...

These past two weekends have been pretty stressful! Johnny and I have been looking for apartments and it has been really stormy the past two weekends and so ofcourse no one really wanted to show us apartments in the rain! But we found the perfect place!! After we left the bluffs we knew thats where we wanted to go! So we have paid the deposit and now they are doing the application process and so we are crossing our fingers!!!! It is going to be weird to leave my home :( But I am excited to start a new life with Johnny in our cute little place :)

California was soooo much fun! Minus the fact that I was sick most of the time!! But it was alot of fun hangin out with the family!!!! We drove there, but it wasn't too bad. We stayed at our house in st. george the first night, then the next day drove to Vegas and hungout there and then made our way to Florence's house!

We stayed there saturday to sunday night! We had alot of fun with them :) Then monday and tuesday we did Disneyland and California adventure. Wednesday everyone went to the beach but me. I slept all day no joke. Then thursday we went to universal studios, friday we went to sea world and the on saturday we did downtown disney, disneyland and california adventure again!! It was a jam packed trip but so much fun!! Thanks again dad for a great trip!!!

Engagements...

So on Saturday Johnny and I got all ready for our engagements and as we were driving to my cousins house it started raining :( not gonna lie, I wasn't too happy!! But out by the great salt lake the weather was great!!! I'm so glad we didn't reschedule! We even got some pretty pics by the lake while the sun was setting! Thanks again Lindsey for a fun evening!! The pics look fabulous!!!

10 month Anniversary

Johnny and I have been dating for 10 months now and we have exactly two months before we get MARRIED!!! Time sure does fly! and mid June Johnny will have been home a whole year from his mission! Crazy! The past 10 months have been AMAZING!! I've never been happier and I think everyone can tell that he makes me happy :) I am so lucky to have Johnny in my life, he is so supportive, loving, and caring, I could go on and on!! He has helped make me a better person and I am so grateful for him and excited to spend the rest of my life with him!!

WICKED Weekend!!

So last month I got to go see Wicked!!! My Aunt Rondi had a couple extra tickets yay!!! I saw it once in LA and now here in Salt Lake, its probably my favorite musical! I think it was more enjoyable this time because I knew all the songs!!

Hello Hello!! I know I haven't blogged in forever so I have ALOT to catch up on!!! April 24th was Johnny's Birthday yay! That night he opened some presents and then we went and saw The Fast and the Furious! Then on saturday I had this fun idea of going up to park city and going to the outlets and letting him shop and then go on the alpine slide and alpine coaster..but nooo it had to SNOW in park city! So we went to Gateway instead and I let him get a couple of presents! Then that evening my parents took us to Alpine Country Club and we had a yummy dinner! It was a fun weekend we had a great time :)

Boondocks!

On Friday May 1st it was my sisters birthday and so we went to boondocks! Although it was raining, we still had a lot of fun! We went go kart racing, mini golfing, and played arcades. Johnny, Roury and I had to leave early because we had tickets to WOLVERINE which was WAY good!!!

The Weekend

So our weekend was pretty eventful! On Friday Johnny and I went to see Seventeen Again, it was way good, and pretty funny! Then on Saturday we went to Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and Ikea to registry stuff! It was alot of fun, but pretty tiring also! I have now finished to first season of lost whoohoo! I love that show! and i need to get the third season of the OC!! Then on Sunday since it was so nice out, we spent time in the sun! We created a mini golf course with tee boxes and everything haha it was fun :)

Conference Weekend

So this weekend was fun! Conference was really good! Saturday night the boys went to priesthood session and us girls chilled and played with the kids! Oh and we went to Roberts because they always have good deals on Priesthood night! Sunday the whole fam came over and we had fun and had a little easter hunt for the kids. It was acutally nice outside so Johnny and Ty played catch for awhile. It was a good weekend :)

My niece turned 5 on St. Patrick's Day and on Monday we went to Jungle Jims to celebrate! It used to be my favorite place to go when i was little! It was fun :)

Apartment Searching

So Johnny and I went apartment searching on Saturday. We picked a good day to go because we actually had decent weather! Haha it was kinda funny though because if I hadn't previously map quested the location, we were doomed to find it unless it had both coordinates. So we didnt go to some places...:) But I think it was pretty effective, we found some good places and I am super excited to have our own little place! It will be different, but I know it will be a lot of fun too :)

1964-The Tribute

On Saturday night, my dad took Johnny and I to a concert! It's a band that impersinates the Beatles! It was awesome! They really were exactly like The Beatles; hair, clothes, instruments, voices singing and just talking, even the way they moved was the same! It was a great experience and it was some good bonding time with the pops! Thanks again dad! (pictures will come soon!)

How it all started....

Here is the story of how we became what we are! In June of 2006 my brother, Roury, went on a mission. While he was in the MTC he met "Elder Garrison". So I guess Johnny asked to see my brothers photo album and he saw a picture of me, and so my bro asked him if he wanted to write me. So I get this letter from my brother saying that one of the elders is gonna send me a letter soon. My bro said he was cool, and I knew he had good judgement, so I was excited.
A week or so later I received a letter from him. I was way excited and felt cool because I wasn't even a senior in high school yet haha. Honestly, I am not a very good pen pal. But I really enjoyed writing Johnny. Sometimes I would get like 12 page letters! And I loved getting new pictures!
When I was a senior in High school, there came a time when I needed to decide if I was going to become serious with my boyfriend and stop writing Johnny, or just the opposite. In my mind I knew I didn't want to stop writing Johnny, so I made the decision and kept writing Johnny.
There also came a time that after graduation, I was going to move out with my friends and live in orem. I paid the deposit and everything...but I just didn't feel good about. Even though I had never met Johnny, I had a feeling that something would happen between us and I decided to stay home and save money.
The day he got home from his mish, I waited around anxiously to get that phonecall. Finally at around 10 or so in the evening i got the call :) Ah i had butterflys so so bad! Then in July he came here for a week and then i went to california for a week. By the end of the trip I knew i only wanted to be with him. We got together on August 1, 2008. For awhile we would fly back and forth to visit eachother and talk on the web cam. And finally he moved in with me and the fam. And now we are getting married August 1, 2009.
