Extreme Couponing

Extreme Couponing
TLC

Have you ever watched this show? It's INTENSE.

Now I know I could NEVER be as intense as the men and women on this show, but it makes me think. Can coupons really make you save that much? I feel like I only use coupons for ziploc bags and cereal. Maybe I just need to try harder!

I don't want to be EXTREME. However, I do want to try harder!

Raspberry Coke

So went to Jordan Commons of the weekend and saw some movies...however the movies are not the highlight of this post...the new coke dispenser thingy is awesome!!!

It has a touch screen of all the general drinks. So like if you clicked on Coke it would open up a new screen with different flavors of Coke...which is how I discovered Raspbery Coke...YUM!!!

So they have one of these at Jordan Commons, Cafe Rio Downtown...and one other place that I know of I just can't remember...

You don't know what the good ol days are!

So this weekend Roury came to visit! Yay! We celebrated his birthday on saturday and had a delicious brazilian dinner!  I had Johnny and Roury come to Hobby Lobby with me (such troopers) They were psyched when they found boondoggle and other things from the 90's.  As Roury and Johnny were discussing fads of the "good ol days" this lady that was approx 70+ years of age walks by them and says, "you don't know what the good ol days are!" (I coudn't tell if she was being funny are serious) So Roury said, "Sure I do, you know the 90's, life was awesome then." The old lady
didn't say anything else haha.  I thought it was pretty funny.
Maybe you just had to be there.

Saturday Court J and I went out to lunch. So fun. We went to Pei Wei. Delicious. I had never been there. My fortune cookie. Not so great. Something bout I will have good fortune in the Stock Market. Ya try again fortune cookie cuz I don't follow the stocks!

Sunday was my buddy Erik's Homecoming.  Its great to have him back! Those two years flew by for me!  If anyone is looking for a fun date, I will hook u up!! :)

Sunday we watched dos movies with the parentals.  Gotta love The Fugitive, if you haven't seen it, I suggest that you do. It's awesome in my opinion!  And the we watched The Mummy also a good one, although I don't LOVE Brendan Frasier.

Well that's all for now. Adios.

I am concerned....

The other day I was babysitting with my hubby (the kids were ADORABLE) and we watched "A Goofy Movie".  All the characters are some sort of dog.  Then it got me thinking of other Disney characters....

Mickey - mouse - acts like a human
Minnie - mouse - acts like a human
Donald - duck - acts like a human
Daisy - duck - acts like a human
Goofy - dog - acts like a human
(I promise this is going somewhere)

Pluto - dog - acts like a ...dog.

I just think its weird that an animal (Mickey Mouse) as a pet dog.  Just seems a little strange.

Thought I would bring this matter to your attention.

Deep stuff.

The Blue Sky Cellar...

California Adventure has this new "attraction" called the Blue Sky Cellar.  Inside this room are tons of pictures and models of upcoming things that will be coming to the park.  I LOVE it, especially because I am always researching new things that are coming to different theme parks and such.
Take a look at whats ahead!!

Buena Vista Street

When a young and energetic Walt Disney stepped off the train from Kansas City in 1923, he discovered a bustling Los Angeles filled with pedestrian boulevards, charming shops, tantalizing restaurants and shining Red Car Trolleys. Buena Vista Street — the new entrance to Disney's California Adventure® Park — sends you back in time to an idealized version of a city that has always been a beacon of bright optimism and new opportunity.
The Carthay Circle Theatre, where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered, will anchor the new plaza. It's the perfect place to start your own California adventure!

Coming in 2012!

Cars Land

Blending the magic of Disney stories and characters, the legendary adventure and excitement of Route 66, and California's celebrated car culture, Cars Land recreates the memorable town of Radiator Springs just as it appeared in the Disney·Pixar animated classic, Cars.

You're invited to a town built for, and by, cars. All the locals are home including Lightning McQueen, Sally, Mater, Doc and their friends. The whole city is recreated in loving detail — complete with three new attractions. You'll float on Luigi's Flying Tires, dance to Mater's Junkyard Jamboree and rocket through the desert on Radiator Springs Racers.
